Cooking
fried rice is very easy and simple, so why do not we make it by ourselves? Here,
I want to share how to make nutritious fried rice. We can make it as we want
like adding our favourite vegetable, slices of meatball, or sausage. The
ingredients and the methods to make nutritious fried rice are as the following.
The
ingredients:

A plate of rice
-
1 of carrot
-
2 spoonful of peas
-
1 cucumber
-
1 egg
-
Some slices of cooked chicken (on taste)

2 cloves of garlic
-
3 shallots/onion
-
3 red chilies (1 for garnish)
-
3/4 teaspoon of salt
-
½
teaspoon of sugar
-
Soy sauce (on taste)
-
2 spoons of fried oil
The
methods:
1.
First, finely pound the garlic, shallots,
chilies, some salt, and a little of sugar. The salt and sugar replace the
function of artificial flavouring or MSG.
2.
Second, peel and wash the carrot. Then, slice it as you want nicely.
3.
Third, heat the oil in a frying pan, then pour
the pounded spices and stir it.
4.
After the spices smells good, pour the egg
into the frying pan and stir it. When the egg is middle done, add the carrot,
chicken, a plate of rice and peas into the frying pan and stir them well.
5.
Next, a few minutes later, add some soy sauce
sufficiently to the fried rice to make it nice and delicious.
6.
The last step is plating. Put the fried rice
on the plate neatly. Then, to beauty, garnish it with three slices of cucumber
and shaped red chili.
7.
Finally, the nutritious fried rice is ready to
serve.
It
is easy and simple, right? We can serve it for breakfast together with a glass
of milk so that our breakfast is completely nutritious.
